So, as the people I'm close to probably know right now is that I'm on a bit of a Harry Potter kick. I've always been a fan of the series. Not a hardcore Potterhead, but I will always enjoy the movies, I've read the books, I understand references, and I still want to visit the theme park at Universal Studios one of these days. I even have a redwood wand from Alivans, and still want to get a custom wand from the Wands of Wizard Wood.
So, what have I done during this kick? I've made butter beer, and I've signed up for Pottermore, playing a bit here and there. And, as per usual, I took the sorting hat quiz on Pottermore. Since Pottermore is a site made by J.K Rowling, that's pretty much the "real deal" sorting hat quiz. I answered the questions as honestly as I could, as some questions I actually had some troubles answering, but made a choice in the end. At the end of the quiz, the results came in. It was a bit of a surprise when I found out that I belong in...Hufflepuff!
Now, I've heard a lot of people hate being put into Hufflepuff, and people even create new accounts in hopes of getting sorted into another house. A lot of these people are probably in denial, and subscribe to the stereotype that Hufflepuffs are all just a bunch of silly bumbling huggers. But, I've done some research, and you'll probably hear these from other Hufflepuffs, but it's not bad to be one. We're loyal, hard working, and brave. Bravery might be the #1 quality in Gryffindor, but in the final book, the house that sticks by Gryffindor in the final battle is Hufflepuff. Slytherin doesn't want any part of it, and Ravenclaw only has a few students. Hufflepuffs are heroes, but they don't show off. J.K Rowling herself even said Hufflepuff is her favorite house. Not to mention, the Hufflepuff common room is right next to the kitchen. They've produced the least amount of dark wizards than any other house, and badgers are actually pretty badass animals.

So, in the end, it's not bad at all to be a Hufflepuff. I have come to accept it. My only nit pick is I don't think yellow is really my color, but it'll grow on me. If you'd like to, you can sign up for pottermore. You can do it just to see what house you're in, or you can continue to play. It's all up to you!

Where I've been
If there's anyone who'd been wondering, I'm still alive. I haven't done anything in a while due to work and a total lack of inspiration/motivation for anything. Work, yo. It drains you a bit.
I don't know when I'll start posting artwork again, but you'll know when I start posting again.
I hope you're all doing well. Have a nice day/night.
